This quality level of the BMS 8-9 (Beef Marbeling Standard) is particularly popular in upscale gastronomy.
In principle Ribeye has a higher fat content compared to other meat parts, which is also confirmed with Wagyu. Definitely for lovers of Umami bombs combined with a very high content of unsaturated fatty acids. As you can see: the Ribeye steak from Miyazaki beef is a pleasure to try!
